Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with my DD WRT setup on a Netgear R7000. I was getting a hacker scanning cell phones through the router (and still am) so I upgraded the firmware from 2018 to 2020, changed the password and removed remote access. Unfortunately not I can't ping the printer and I really need to get it working again. Please help. Specs: Router ModelNetgear R7000 Firmware VersionDD-WRT v3.0-r44715 std (11/03/20) Kernel VersionLinux 4.4.241 #1322 SMP Mon Nov 2 06:39:27 GMT 2020 armv7l I see the printer but it doesn't look like all the connections are going through the router. Active IP Connections 152 TCP 84 192.168.1.121 192.168.1.1 http TIME_WAIT

Netgear R7000 is Broadcom, New Build - 07/12/2021 - r47040. Running r47040, nvram erase && reboot manually reconfigure. Printer Model? USB? Ethernet? WiFi? Power? Reset? Need input.

It's sending out via SSDP, but whether or not that is being blocked by DD-WRT or Windows is another story. You should be able to map it via IP address on any client on the LAN. Thanks Kern. Can I have a link on how I do the mapping? Also is there any way to fix the security on this router to avoid the takeovers? Right now it is set up with two SSIDs. What can I implement without messing up the other people's access to videos etc.
