Hi ittiwattang My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem. Did you go to the support page for the product and download the latest drivers from there? https://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDe..Here is a solution you can try: Go to Device manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controller -> AsMedia USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller -> right click: Update Driver -> Browse my computer -> Let me pick.. -> Uncheck 'show Comptabile hardware -> search for AsMedia in the manufacture list -> I personally had 3 options of drivers to install and I installed the first one in the list. After you will do this, Windows will report that you have an unknown device and your USB will not work. Right click on it do the same steps again as above and from the AsMedia manufacture i chose AsMedia USB Root Hub if i recall correctly.
