I'm not really sure about your question, but the tool actually creates Flash Drives for Windows 8 and 10 as well.. Are you sure it is actually a ISO file, and not something that has been extracted or something ? I have never encountered this using legitimate ISO's.. there is a free tool called RUFUS that will create a flash drive from a ISO.. It does not install.. just runs from memory.. Harassment is any behavior intended to disturb or upset a person or group of people.

How do you know the image is not corrupted? How do you know the image "works fine"? A popular free bootable USB creation tool is rufus which you can download from here (nothing to install):. A popular place to download ISOs is here:.

and select "UDF" and save, but my question was regarding the took is "designed" to create Windows 7 disc from Windows 7 image, which is gonna be is the newer UDF flle system..This would explain why DOS based images which are NOT UDF fail with this tool..
